Checking

We check the products using 3D arms. Contact and optical measurement on 3 workstations. We measure small-scale parts within the reach of the arm (2.4m) as well as large patterns and fixtures.

3D Printing

Our design department draws and adapts your 3D pattern to your requirements. Using in-house 3D printing FFF/FDM technologies and SLA 3D printing we offer printing of your patterns, products, prototypes.

Welding

Welding of steel, aluminium, stainless steel using MIG/MAG method. Products: frames for fixtures, trolleys, profile structures.

History
of the company

1940

The history of the joiner’s shop of František Novák and his son Oldřich Novák Senior started during WWII. In the beginning the company focused on construction joiner’s production.

1965

After WWII Oldřich Novák Senior was forced to leave and join the company Pujman in Nové Ransko. Oldřich Novák Senior worked in the pattern shop in Nové Ransko until his retirement. His son Oldřich Novák worked here as the pattern-shop manager and designer of moulds until 1992.

1992

In 1992 he established his own company, focused on manufacture of pattern equipment and moulds. The production started in his father’s shop. In 1995 he built a new pattern shop and subsequently two new buildings, which are part of the current plant.

2010

The Company continuously introduced CAD/CAM technology, CNC machining, CMM and the division of operations into pattern and tool shop. In 2010, the son, the current owner Petr Novák, took the Company over.

In March, we developed and manufactured the first prototypes of a replaceable filter for a full-face civil defense mask - to help, we supplied 40 masks and 170 filters to doctors at the hospital and home for the elderly in Havlíčkův Brod.

In 2019, we produced 1,310 pieces of jigs and models. 60% of production was to the Czech Republic, 40% to 8 EU countries. The company currently has 38 employees. We participated in several fairs. We are entering 2020 with a new corporate identity.
